WHAT IS NOTHINGISM
Nothingism is the proposal of giving value to the moments where you do nothing.
Because nowadays, having free time is something very rare. The intention is that we can sometimes choose to do nothing on
purpose, allowing ourselves to enjoy this time without feeling guilty.
In this way, nothingism is a significant aid for cultural change because it creates the awareness of the importance of
free time and without obligations; of the pleasure of simply enjoying these moments of doing nothing without hurrying,
with no demands and no stress.
However, nothingism is not a philosophy, it is a concept to be practiced.
Doing nothing and feeling good about it, this is the essence of nothingism.

WHAT IS NOTHINGISM CLUB
The Nothingism Club is a public event which offers the opportunity of practicing nothingism, really stopping and doing
absolutely nothing.
It takes place at least once a month in calm and beautiful parks in Brazilian's capitals.
At august 2008, the events are going to happen first time in Europe.
These events foster a special moment that reverberates deeply into the lives of the participants, leading them to give
more value to their time and to reflect on how they occupy it.
The practical result is an effective improvement in the quality of life, literally without doing a thing.
Since its inauguration in 2006, the Club has received the addition of thousands of associates.
The excellent repercussion in the media has produced material in the main national and even international channels of
communication.
Observing its growth, it can be hoped that Nothingism can be an important world movement towards the quality of life
and will benefit more and more people.

MARCELO BOHRER - THE CREATOR OF NOTHINGISM
Since the founding of his design company in 1998, the Brazilian, Marcelo Bohrer has gained recognition for his extraordinary
creative and visionary capabilities.
He was a founder member of the group HotSpot of the new talents of the São Paulo Fashion Week, won the Winning Ideas award
of the Young Business People's Association and was the designer for the chain Imaginarium.
In 2003 he suffered a burnout, caused by stress and the experience lead him to direct his work towards the area of wellness.
In 2005, after his experiences in London, he created the concept of Nothingism. From this moment onwards, he began to
organize Club events that gradually acquired followers and attracted significant attention on an international level.
At the present time, apart from promoting nothingism through Club events and lectures, he offers creative consulting based on the innovation and anticipation of trends.
