Simply doing nothing from time to time is just wonderful! But for some people it's not quite as easy as it seems.
We can feel anxiety, guilt, etc...or the difficulty can lie in the fact that we never have any spare time!
It's also a pretty controversial subject. Let's face it, how can you really do simply nothing?
The answer to this question lies in Nothingism , the official practice of doing nothing.
It's simple, when you decide to stop, tell to yourself that this is YOUR nothingism moment Give yourself this present!
It can be just a few minutes, half an hour, the whole afternoon...

DIRECTIVES FOR THE PRACTICE OF NOTHINGISM
1. STOPNJOY!
This time is all yours for you to fully enjoy doing nothing with no hurry.
2. SURREND YOURSELF!
Forget any intention to do nothing.
Forget any objectives, Nothingism has no purpose.
3. CALM DOWN!
Give a chance for silence and immobility.
4. OBSERV!
Avoid engaging yourself mentally.
Let your mind wander about like the clouds.
OBSERVATION: Is it difficult? Start practicing at the official Club meetings where the atmosphere is ideal for enjoy nothingism.
